Climate Control vs. Standard

Climate controlled storage units are maintained at a constant temperature and the humidity is controlled. This aids in the prevention of molds and mildews caused by high humidity and temperature fluctuations. A standard storage unit is controlled by nature (less than zero to over 100 degrees, humidity ranging from 10 to 100 percent). Feel free to stop by our facility and see the difference for yourself!

We require all units to have a disk lock. We have used and new locks available for purchase starting at $10 and up.
